Technological Leadership, Economic Security: Help Shape the Future of AI
Developing artificial intelligence (AI) is a strategic priority for the United States’ technological leadership and economic security. America’s AI Action Plan provides more than 90 steps to strengthen it, focusing on speeding innovation, building AI infrastructure, leading in diplomacy and security, and more. Achieving AI leadership also requires specific investments to address gaps in technology innovation, energy and critical infrastructure, export control policy, and workforce development. The University of Maryland and AMD, with support from the National Academy of Engineering and the Canadian Academy of Engineering, are pleased to host a symposium focused on realizing those investments.
