Brian G. Cunningham is chief operating officer of FoundationaLLM.AI, where he guides strategy, operations, and partnerships at the intersection of national security and advanced computing. He brings more than 25 years of service as a Navy SEAL and senior Special Operations officer, leading high-stakes missions and innovation initiatives. In industry, he has served as director of strategy and growth at Solliance and as a consultant to defense technology firms focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning. His work in data analytics at Naval Special Warfare and AI integration at U.S. Special Operations Command advanced human-machine teaming for mission performance and enterprise decision making. Brian advises multiple defense technology boards and is a board director for My360Tribe, a nonprofit that supports veterans
in transition. His expertise includes foreign ownership, control, influence oversight, international security policy, and applied AI. He holds degrees from Villanova University and Princeton University, with additional graduate study at Stanford, MIT, Dartmouth, and the University of Texas.
