Installation and Naming of the George and Virginia Bugliarello International Secretary The Virginia and George Bugliarello NAE International Secretary position was endowed and named by Virginia Bugliarello-Wondrich in honor of her late husband, George Bugliarello, who served as the NAE’s international secretary for two terms and represented our membership across the globe with distinction and grace from 2003-2011. Dr. Aubry was elected to serve as the NAE’s International Secretary and began a four-year term starting in July 1, 2023.
